Gymnastics is a powerful tool for life!

Preschool gymnastics classes are excellent for children as they promote physical development by enhancing strength, balance, and flexibility, and lay a foundation for other sports. They also boost cognitive skills like problem-solving and concentration, while fostering social skills such as teamwork and communication. Additionally, these classes build emotional resilience, confidence, and self-esteem, all within a fun and structured environment that encourages discipline and goal setting.

Our Classes

Beginner Level Classes

BEGINNER

Ages 4-18

BEGINNER

This is an introductory classes that focuses on starting a foundation of gymnastics. This class also introduces first time gymnast to our gym.

ADVANCED BEGINNER

Ages 2.5-3.5 Year Olds

SPARK PLUGS

Ages 2.5-3.5 Years Old. This is a 45 Minute independant class that focuses on small fundimental aspects of gymnastics.

ELITE BEGINNER

Ages 3.5-4 Year Olds

PISTONS

Ages 3.5-4 Years Old. This is a one hour class that introduces our Future Flippers to our main gym area.

Ages 1-2.5 Year Olds

Ages 1-2.5 Years Old This is a 30 Minute Class with Parent involvement.

Ages 2.5-3.5 Year Olds
